Description

My client is seeking a NetIQ developer to be based in Corsham for a 6 month initial contract.

You will be delivering a major project for MOD that requires hands on Identity and Access development and configuration skills. NetIQ products have been selected for identity and access management NetIQ acquired the products from Novell, and is now a part of Micro Focus.

NetIQ is an enterprise software that provides products for identity and access management, security and data centre management. Mastek has a major project for MOD that requires a NetIQ developer specialist

The successful candidate will have:

Essential:

  • NetIQ Identity Manager Driver configuration, likely to be using the Delimited Text driver and the Active Directory driver
  • Ability to write Driver Extensions
  • NetIQ Access Manager policy configuration, including Access Gateway and Identity Injection
  • Ability to write Policy Extensions and deliver as .jar files
  • Identity integration by mapping/transforming from source systems via database or flat file connectors
  • Directory configuration and tools (eg Active Directory, eDirectory, LDAP)

Ideally the specialist will have experience of:

  • NetIQ Identity Manager and/or Novell Identity Manager
  • NetIQ Access Manager and/or Novell Access Manager

Desirable (some of the following):

  • Configuration of user management tools
  • User interface customisation
  • Workflow design and configuration (eg approval workflows)
  • Java programming
  • XML analysis and development
  • Development and/or configuration of provisioning interfaces
  • Access governance
  • Access reviews and reporting
  • Data quality reporting
  • Log management, analysis and reporting
  • Experience of federated access methods, such as SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect
  • Experience of identity life cycle processes and workflows
  • Experience in large scale integration projects involving identity and management, web-services and distributed systems
  • Experience of working with Cloud infrastructure such as AWS
  • Agile development methods - Scrum, Kanban, TDD, BDD, etc.
