My client is a leading Telecoms company, who operate in more than 170 countries across the world. They are current looking for an Open Channel Finance Assistant to work out of their new fantastic and new office in London

Responsibilities:
- Build relationships and drive community satisfaction by delivering excellent social content and customer connections
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate content
- Create and execute campaigns on community for fans engagement
- Drive customer experience thought community operations, such as forum.
- Track the metrics to improve the community performance
- Data analyses and product weekly report.
Requirements:
- Excellent coordination, networking & communication skills internally & externally
- Ability to manage projects to time and on budget
- Highly motivated, organized, and able to think laterally
- Open and curious, always looking for ways to innovate
- Mandarin speaking is compulsory require
