- Greenfield experience preferred. Help to educate us about how to develop courses from their experience - this is a new area for us so we need someone with experience to guide us
- Set up our process for developing and launching courses
- Guide and plan our approach
- Advise the content owners (we will use in house editorial staff to own different subject matters) on how to structure a course, what makes good courses, facilitate improvements etc
- Facilitate the development of courses by organising speakers, helping script content, improving curriculums and course design etc
- Manage production to ensure timescales are hit, quality is acceptable etc
- Hands on course building/site set up on the platform (we are likely to be using Thinkific so experience with that would be a benefit)
- Co-ordinate activity across the mini project team to ensure we hit our plan - essentially to act as the central person who makes it all happen!
