Applications Support Consultant (IDD, JIRA, SPOR, DMS) - Amsterdam - English speaking- START: AUGUST

One of our blue chip clients is urgently looking for a Junior/Mid Level Applications Support Consultant to start in August onsite in Amsterdam.
Professional qualifications: Relevant professional qualifications (eg Microsoft Office) are desirable.
Role specific experience Desirable:
Experience in using data management tools, document management systems and Standard MS Office tools, eg Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio
IDD (Informatica Data Director)
JIRA Portal (managing and resolving tickets)
SPOR portal (specifically OMS)
Documentum DMS or similar document management system
Role specific skills, competencies & responsibilities Cleansing Tasks:
Master Legacy data from source systems (eg xEVMPD, EudraGMDP, SAP, SME), on organisation and location level by processing the relevant tasks (eg merge)
Reconcile Legacy data delta loads from source systems with OMS data
Processing Legacy data (through tasks as well as outside tasks) generated by the initial onboarding of new source systems as defined in the IT roadmap (eg Parallel Distributors)
Enrich and standardise data according to client's Data Quality Standards
Change request Tasks:
Registration of OMS data as a result of dealing with change requests for new/updated data
Other tasks as needed:
Support documentation maintenance (eg business documentation, processes, data quality standards)
Liaise with SPOR SDM/OMS contact in regards to data related matters encountered through other work (eg data quality and data management issues in OMS)
Liaise with IT support for specific incidents related to the applications
Receive, process, investigate and escalate (if applicable) incidents from 1st line
Stakeholder management (pharmaceutical companies), JIRA customer management (industry requests)
Executing a knowledge transfer project to outsource the master data services which includes training delivery, supporting documentation creation and constant communication with the new team.
