NextLink is having an existing position as a Senior IT Project Manager for global pharmaceuticals projects in Barcelona, Spain.

Work location: Barcelona, Spain - The role will be remote until at least October 1st
Native/fluent or C1 level German is mandatory for this role.
Must Haves:
0Experience in project and delivery management.
IT background.
+2 years managing teams under agile methodology.
Knowledge and/or experience of Scrum Master and/or Product Owner.
Quality Management System knowledge.
Previous experience in Medical Software environments.
Soft skills:
Demonstrated ability to coordinate working teams, including the ability to drive and facilitate cross-functional discussions and project reviews.
Strong deductive reasoning, critical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
Ability to present complex solutions and methods to the general community.
Strong communication skills and listener, who understand the needs of the teams from empathy.
