Salesforce Developer - Service Cloud - Lightning
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce developer to help support and enhance our Salesforce implementation.
Salesforce Developer - Service Cloud - Lightning will be working closely with business users and other IT teams and involves:
- Getting involved in the requirements gathering, designing, developing and testing new functionality in Salesforce
- Support BAU development requests and troubleshooting of issues
- The opportunity to work with cutting edge Salesforce products like Lightning, FSL (Field Service Lightning) and our newly launched Service Cloud implementation.
- Documenting the technical solution implemented
- Working closely with the digital development teams on new external systems requirements that have an interface to Salesforce
Salesforce Developer - Service Cloud - Lightning will have the following skills:
- Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Development experience
- Platform Developer 1 Certification preferred
- Salesforce Lightning experience (Field Service Lightning desirable)
- Integration experience
- Experience writing well-documented code in Visualforce, Apex, Lightning
- Experience with both Sales and Service Cloud
- Experience in the complete life cycle of project development (SFDC) including Release Management, Testing, and Deployment
- Good knowledge of application navigation, user interface setup, user setup, and management, security profiles/roles, groups, permissions, triggers, validation rules, workflows, field customizations
- Strong background in software development
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A team player attitude
