Description

We are recruiting for a AAA Gaming & Entertainment Company. They are looking for an IT Procurement Administrator on an interim/contract basis.

The role is a neat blend between an accounts assistant and procurement position and you'll get a chance to work in a lively and vibrant office/business with a relaxed approach and people-focused environment.

This role will be based in their Liverpool office but currently is 100% remote. Ideally, in 2-3 months you'll be needed in the office. The contract is currently running until the end of March 2021.

You'll be tasked with
- Helping process 3rd party purchase orders, approvals for SoWs, and administrative tasks to support the team.
- You'll also be helping to manage maintenance renewals for software and hardware contracts
- Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best possible price for SIE.
- You'll also ensure the contracts management database is kept updated and track and report on savings made and costs avoided throughout the fiscal year.
