Description
Recruit 121 has a freelance assignment for a ARIBA Buying Change Lead to join the team of its end user client REMOTELY until it is safe to return to site in London. This is a 12 month contract position and sponsorship will not be offered.

Minimum Core Attributes:
- 1+ full life cycle S/4 HANA implementation - you must have this
- Change management background to ensure business engagement
- Experience from a change perspective where Ariba has been implemented
- Experience from a change perspective where with Ariba buying has been implemented
- Experience engaging with procurement community
- Experience dealing with change of organisational culture, this is the primary task of the role
- Deliverables
-Developing change impact assessment
-Implementing change impact assessment mitigation's
-Driving through and supporting embedding through training & communication
