Microsoft Support (m/f/d)

Duration: 4 MM+

Main tasks:
  • Dealing with Service Requests by phone, email, office visits in English and French
  • Providing hardware and software related support by phone, email, remote assistance, in office support
  • Building and configuring client devices using software management tools
  • Supporting the configuration and deployment of secure mobile devices through mobile device management solutions
  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of ICT related manuals, instructions and documentations
  • Provisioning of system performance statistics on a monthly basis
  • Provision of additional services as defined by the client
  • Use of software deployment packages including the build of automated operating system and software packages
  • Working with an ITIL based ticketing system


Main qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and communicate at all levels of the client
  • Ability to work in a changing, developing and demanding environment
  • Ability to work independently based on objectives set by the line manager
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office version 2016 onwards software
  • Broad, practical knowledge and experience in Information and Communication Technology
  • Experience managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Client Operating Systems from Windows 10 onwards
  • Experience with troubleshooting and support for Outlook using Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint (from version 2016 onwards)
  • Experience with troubleshooting and support for the Android operating system
  • Knowledge and experience of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
  • Knowledge of operation of Virtual Private Network (VPN) connections
  • Knowledge of CISCO Web and Video Conferencing solutions
  • Knowledge of mobile device management solutions and concepts
  • Knowledge of remote desktop solutions such as Microsoft Terminal Server
