Contract Duration: 12 months

Job Purpose:
•Successful delivery of Empower and SLIMS (projects) and other nominated Integrations to ERP and non-ERP timelines including effective & timely management of plan, risks, issues in line with PSC Tech Governance and ICE WoW
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage, co-ordinate and deliver all agreed integrations to Empower and SLIMS in line with the non-ERP and ERP timelines.
•Manage, co-ordinate and deliver other integrations as agreed with the Project Manager to ERP in line with the non-ERP and ERP timelines.
•Develop integration project plans specifying goals, deliverables, resources, scheduling.
•Ensure all risk and issues associated with the agreed integrations are recorded and managed in the project RAID log in a timely manner, according to programme standards.
•Ensure all risks and issues are escalated in a timely manner, along escalation paths defined by the programme.
•Manage complex stakeholder environment
•Follow the PSC Tech / ERP (ICE) project team methodologies, policies and procedures.
•Track, monitor and report integrations’ progress, costs, and resources to the Project Manager in line with required reporting schedules
•Manage and coordinate project related third party relationships in partnership with Business relationship manager where applicable (eg Customer, vendors, Integration partners etc)
•Work with customers and IT teams to facilitate smooth Integration testing and User acceptance testing
Specialized Knowledge and Required Skills:
•Comprehensive experience in Application deployment related to both Empower (Chromatography) and LIMS processes
•Comprehensive understanding of data migration processes
•Comprehensive understanding of XML and data mapping processes
•Comprehensive understanding of electronic message routing and message transformation
•Experience in Project management, including delivery of complex technical IT projects in GxP environment
•Demonstrated matrix management skills and ability to work effectively in cross functional teams
•Understanding of GSK and PSC Tech processes related to IT projects
•Proven experience in stakeholder management particularly with customers and third parties
•Strong interpersonal skills
•Ability to work independently, remotely and across several geographies.
•Fluent in English language skills (verbal and written)
Job Success Measures:
Deliverables by end Jul 2021
•Understand PSC Tech & ERP (ICE) Governance plus their ways of working
•Attend ERP workshops as appropriate
•Provide support in-market when required across key phases of the implementation lifecycle e.g. User Acceptance Testing.
•Successfully connect identified systems to ERP with minimal impact to the customers and within the ERP timelines working with the relevant 3rd parties.
•Successfully connect other integrations as agreed, with ERP with minimal impact to the customers / vendors and within the ERP timelines
•Ensure all required documents have been approved
•GMS-IT Deliverables have been met
•Change management has been identified and facilitated to the relevant parties impacted by this change to current WoW within the business
•Ensure the Service is ready to be transitioned to steady state support
