Description
A business analyst who will work with the client team, mainly with the product manager and product owner, to help onboard the business services and help with the global deployment of the Seamless Program. The resource should have good experience with deployment of large programs globally.Technical Skills:
• Elaborate on the business requirements
• Work with the client teams to prepare test data
• Work with the client teams to define the roadmap for country onboarding on Seamless Program
• Work with the client teams to define the roadmap for persona onboarding on Seamless Program
• Help with the User Acceptance Testing – schedule meetings and own the UAT cycle
• Experience with collaboration tools like Jira/Confluence
Process Skills:
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of key processes and participate in continuous improvement
• Continuously apply innovation to deliver high quality products to customers.
Behavioral Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A strong attention to detail and a feeling of ownership over the quality of the product
• The ability to advocate for best practices, great usability and exceptional quality
Qualification:
• Candidate with at least 5+ years of work experience on business analysis; overall 10+ yrs experience
• Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed university
