Description

Location: Krakow
Exp: Senior 7+yrs
Key Accountabilities:
• Support definition of the ITID COO Target Operating Model and design, implementation and adoption of standardized ITID COO services
• Provide primary support and expertise to Global Head IAM and IAM sub-functions for RACF access management
• Provide SME knowledge and best practice to support projects that engage with IAM
• Co-ordinate and deliver effective MI to support decision making at key stakeholder meetings
• Manage, report and analyse performance of assigned IAM RACF platform
• Interface with relevant IAM regions, IAM sub-functions, CIO reps, key GBGF stakeholders
• Approach, to execute change at pace and with minimum conflict.
• Support adoption of standardized ITID COO common service proposition across IAM function.
• Support Global Head of ITID IAM and all IAM L5 Sub Function heads.
• Creates, collaborates and contributes to the development of group-wide ITID COO / P&G policies and implements these to ensure commonality and consistency of solutions and services.
• Independently performs assignments to achieve stated objectives and resolve non-routine issues without appreciable guidelines from others.
• Actively contributes to IAM management team, raising awareness and understanding of global policies and processes related to assigned P&G workstreams.
• Cultivates an environment that supports diversity and reflects the HSBC brand

Experience:
• Previous experience working within an IAM function preferable
• SME knowledge of RACF
• Solid understanding of Privileged Access Controls.
• Proven experience of motivating others to deliver exceptional performance and long terms results
• Proven experience of dealing with large data sets, performing analysis and providing MI reports
• A flexible and adaptable management style with experience of developing yourself and others
• Both spoken and written communication skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered
• A track record of making complex business decisions with authority, even in times of ambiguity, considering the potential long term risks and implications
