Description
Infrastructure SME (Italian Speaking) - Rome/Italy - EUR 200 pd - T220720HThe resourse should be responsible for coordinating and leading the offshore team to fully manage the infrastructure systems.
He/she needs to have proficient experience in managing complex infa systems and must to be able:
• To act as local SPOC (Single Point of Contant) at client site for all stakeholders (i.e. users, IT, vendors, etc) and provide appropriate inputs to relevant teams.
• Communicate and Co-ordinate/Report in local language/English with local vendors like Telecom Italia and other parties like EUC users.
• To interact with ABG business stakeholders to understand the business needs & properly schedule the priority of the requested activities
• To do feasibility & impact analysis from infrastructure perspective of changes/ enhancements,
• To properly and readily manage any high priority issue (P1) independently and/or with the engagement of the offshore team with minimizations of the impacts on client’s BAU (Business as Usual).
• Available for on-call support 24x7 in case of system critical failures and/or P1 issues if required.
