Job Purpose
? The Blue Prism infra architect is responsible for the managing the BP infrastructure and BP Control room
Roles and Responsibilities
? Manage BP infrastructure including patching, backup and upgrades to RPA servers and VDIs
? RPA tool installation ,configuration, version upgrades, patch upgrades
? Day-to-Day Administration of all RPA environment including server, vdi, studio on laptop-desktop, certificates, database, security
? Manage Blue Prism license and control room management . Send license utilization report specific to BOTS
? Manage Application password expiry and reset management.
? Activation of robot Licenses and providing Access Details
? Plan and participate in deployment of RPA platform components, including bots, orchestrators, development tools, and systems integrations, to meet requirements for security, scalability, and performance
? Communication with other IT Teams about infra and other application software accounts.
? Monitoring of VDIs in production and ensure SLA is meet with business
? Application performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
? Validate backup/recovery, redundancy and Disaster Recovery solutions.
Must Have Skillset and Experience
? Minimum 4+ Years of experience in Infrastructure management
? Minimum 1 year experience in BP Platform setup and maintenance
? Good experience in Server builds, OS, DNS, load-balancing, overall infrastructure design.
? Good experience on Windows server systems support
? Good knowledge on maintenance of Database (MSSQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
? Experience working on virtual servers / virtual desktops/Citrix
? Good experience in Networking concepts
? SSL and HTTPS installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
Good to have skillset and Experience
? Experience in managing other RPA platforms like AA/UiPath
? Experience in scripting (Bash, Python, Powershell)
? Good experience on maintenance of Cloud Technologies( Azure,AWS)
? Strong virtualization experience using Hyper-V, VMWare, Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop
? Knowledge of ITIL and industry best practices
