Description
Global Enterprise Partners is looking for an SAP Support Specialist to join a team in Milan, Italy for initially a 6 months period. As SAP Support Specialist you will act as first level of contact between customers and EDI team to activate exchange of electronic data, identify and troubleshoot issues and analyse errors; You will Maintain SAP customer's master data in preparation of EDI exchange and actively for new shipping points, check article listing compliance.
IT Support Specialist requirements:
- 3+ years of IT experience
- Good Experience in IT General Support (EDI, CRM Application, VOIP, BPX)
- Experience of SAP End User
- Proficiency in Italian language and fluency in English
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
