Description
In this role you will work in a dynamic environment within the IT department where innovation is part of their DNA. As a Back End Developer you will play a central role in designing and implementing digital platforms, such as the website and our self-service platform.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Contributing code to the development of the solution, through local builds and deployments as well as the CI/CD environments.
- Contributing to the organization's norms and coding standards, software design best practices, and architecture strategy.
- Challenging business requirements.
- Actively facilitating Agile teams with (DevOps) workshops and assessments.
- Providing technical product requirements to Agile scrum teams and drive technical product delivery ->Define non-functional technical requirements (ie security, performance)
Profile as a Back End Developer:
- Strong background of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, Continuous Integration/Delivery principles.
- Understanding of DevOps Automation Processes and how to define those requirements within the teams.
- Experience with a PoC based approach.
- Good understanding of Azure (Portal and Azure DevOps)
- Fluent written and spoken English, Dutch is preferred
- Experience with integrating (mobile) applications and Back End-systems.
- Familiarity with technologies like: epiServer, NET Framework, MS Azure, MS Visual Studio, IIS, ASP.NET WebForms, ASP.NET MVC, WCF, REST, SOA, WIF, MS TFS, MS SQL Server, AJAX, jQuery, KnockOut, HTML, HTML5, CSS, LESS, jQuery (UI), Java
