Business Analyst - Identity on-boarding
Location: Remote
Looking for a Business Analyst who can be a liaison between the end users/business stakeholders capturing identity workflow requirements that drive actions such as employee onboarding periodic reviews secure requests.
- Business Requirements gathering across our stakeholder environment; capturing Identity-related workflow requirements that drive actions such as employee onboarding, periodic reviews, service requests, etc.
- Ongoing communications and follow through with stakeholders to ensure collection of all functional needs required by the project team
- Sprint management of work efforts planned across the project team; working in conjunction with the Architect and Program Manager
- Ability to capture rate of progress, and act upon obstacles through communication to project leaders
- Serve as a project partner in grasping the mission forward while helping to orchestrate prioritization and executions taking place or planned.
- Strong communicator, highly organized, skilled at reporting out and influencing others.
