Desk Quant Developer
London/Remote
12 month contract
Austin Fraser are currently working with an international consultancy who have an urgent requirement for Desk Quant Developers to join them on their latest project.
This will be a 12 month contract initially with strong potential of multiple extensions beyond that due to the volume of work they are receiving from their end client.
This role will be fully remote to begin with although you may be required onsite a few times throughout the 12 month contract so it's important that you live within commutable distance of London.
We're looking for somebody with the following experience:
- PhD in Maths or Physics
- Commodities product knowledge
- Modelling knowledge
- Experience coding in C# or Python
- Database experience (ideally SQL)
- Experience within Oil or Gas industry desirable
