Job Description:
Expert knowledge of Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop technologies.
Expertise in Desktop Delivery Controllers, Edgesight, Resource Manager.
Expertise in supporting Firewalled Citrix environments utilizing Citrix Secure Gateway.
Expert troubleshooting and analysis skills required. Strong working knowledge of virtualization and supporting Citrix servers in a VMWare environment.
Good working knowledge of user profile management software such as Appsense.
Responsibilities
Full time support as well as after hours and week end work required for changes and infrastructure work. On-call coverage as well for the global team during the region’s “lights on” hours.
To provide infrastructure support and business customer service through run the bank and change the bank activities on the In House Wintel Support Team. Members are also responsible for implementation of new server-based solutions, and various internal initiatives
Daily support for our global Citrix environment and all infrastructure components. XenDesktop4, XenApp5, Metaframe Presentation Server 4, Edgesight, Resource Manager, Web Interface & CSG
