Fulfilment manager (Subscription / Order Process / Salesforce)

Description

Fulfilment manager (Publishing / Subscription / Process / Direct Mail) required by my client a well-known brand on a 3-month initial contract as they look overhaul and improve their order fulfilment processes

They are a London based company but working remotely at the moment. You wont be expected to go into the office any time soon

This role is paying up to £550/day and you can engage through your limited company

As this brand goes through a huge salesforce transformation project they need a fulfilment manager to help them to map and optimise their direct mail fulfilment processes.

Day to Day Activities

- Mapping current processes relating to audience selection and order fulfilment

- Exploring and documenting the return on investment of current and future print fulfilment processes

- Search and find greater efficiencies within their fulfilment processes

- Coordinate across teams to optimise the offering and ensure it is as commercially attractive as possible

- Determine the necessary changes and governance required to deliver improvements

Experience needed

- Strong stakeholder management

- Experience working with salesforce

- Experience working in a subscription based company (publishing, print, news, TV etc)

- Six sigma qualified

- Experience working with Kaizen
