The programme has started and will continue to develop a web Front End to interact with users through a secure account space to and from CRM to power transactions with users.

- Power Apps & Logic Apps
- Business Process Flow & Power Automate Development
- FetchXML Experience
- Data migration & System Report Writing
- Design of systems integration
- XRM Toolbox
- Form Design, Security Role Profiling & Business Rules
- Writing technical specifications for planned work
