What: Helpdesk Analyst/1st Line Support/IT Technician
Where: Kegworth
How long: 6 months Rolling Contract
How much: £88.20 Per Day (Inside IR35 - through an Umbrella Company)
My large client is looking for a Helpdesk Analyst to come on board within their expanding team and assist in the growth of this even further. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading company that will offer you the chance to enhance your skill set and develop your experience.
As a Service Desk Analyst you will support my client by delivering an effective and efficient 1st line technical support service that resolves any IT related queries and/or incidents and recommending innovative solutions that provide your internal customers with a swift return to service.
If you have the following skills:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good knowledge of IT services delivered within a corporate environment
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to make effective decisions under pressure
