Senior Software Engineer - Python - Java - .NET - JavaScript - Docker

We are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with a Masters degree + at least 9 years of experience in IT.
These are long term contracts with a very high chance of renewal. The longer you work there, the more valuable you become and this means that you could stay there for years.

Essential Experience:
- We are looking for a strong software engineer with a proven experience to write/debug and maintain the project code base, Able to provide some demo work examples eg existing web/mobile/desktop apps.
- Experience with OOP, SW architectural patterns, design and use of services/APIs.
- Strong knowledge of and extensive experience with Python or Java or .NET.
- Strong knowledge of and extensive experience with JavaScript.
- Experience with test frameworks.
- Knowledge of and experience with linked data would be an asset
- Knowledge of and experience with Java would be an asset
- Knowledge of and experience with Docker would be an asset
- Experience with semantic web technologies would be an asset
- Strong analytical skills & Good communication skills
- Fluency in English
*Note - working from home will likely be required initially. However, you will be required to work Full time on site once the travel restrictions have been lifted.
