Description
ION Marketview Support Analyst (Fixed Income, Interest Rate, Bonds) required by my Investment Banking client in London, on a long-term contract basis.
The following skills/experience is required:
- Expert ION Marketview experience
- Extensive experience supporting a live ION Trading environment with live market connectivity for Rates, Credit or Swaps desks with access to trading venues such as MTS, Brokertec, Bloomberg, Tradeweb, MarketAxess, iSwap, Tradition & EUREX.
- Strong experience providing technical support for Fixed Income Desks within an Investment Bank.
- Strong experience working with both project team & users.
- General understanding of financial markets and products, in particular Fixed Income & Rates.
- Strong troubleshooting experience.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg TOMS for trade & position management.
Purpose of Role
Experienced Support Role of a client facing Rates & Credit electronic trading business with both dealer-to-dealer & dealer-to-client electronic connectivity, predominantly using ION-Trading technology (Marketview) but also extends to upstream & downstream processes using both proprietary & other vendor solutions. In particular the role will involve heavy interaction with Bloomberg TOMS for trade, position, and P&L management, as well as supporting the electronic trade confirmation process via Bloomberg's interface.
Rate: £750 - £850/day
