Description
Top Consultancy is looking for a MQ Specialist to work along side an Investment Bank in a 6 month contract, based in Zurich Switzerland.
Core Duties
Interact with stakeholders around the planning of enterprise messaging security remediation work
Execute the remediation
Provide support to application teams during non-production and production remediations
Adhere to teams documentation
Work in a timely manner to meet all individual and project target dates
Report status as required in an organised and precise manner
The successful candidate should:
Have excellent technical skills in IBM MQ across various versions of the product
Knowledge of use of SSL/TLS in one of these products
Ideally have worked in a complex enterprise messaging environment where security is important
Have solid Unix (Linux/Solaris) skills.
Possess good general PC and office skills
Be a team player with good organisational and communication skills
Possess the ability to quickly envisage the operating landscape of the bank and the specific scope of the project engaged in
Have the capacity to quickly grasp an understanding of all the processes necessary to achieve the allotted tasks
