Description

Systems & Reporting Administrator

The role will be working with Finance Systems that support the balance sheet reconciliations, duplicate invoice and Fraud Analysis and Debt Management. This could be anything from User Maintenance, Processing and Analysing Data, System Configuration, System Changes, supporting users and logging issues with the software providers.

  • Other ad-hoc tasks, as required
  • Daily stand-ups, assisting with workload management, and presenting information during monthly team meetings.
  • Compliance with Financial Controls.
  • Escalation of any non-compliances or risks to the Supervisor.
  • Implementation of any actions that arise.
  • Production, review & approval of process documentation.
  • Compliance with the Document Creation, Retention & Destruction Policy.

Key skills & qualifications

  • You should have the ability to work effectively and collaboratively within diverse teams.
  • You should be able to build and maintain excellent customer relationships through strong verbal and written skills.
  • You must have the ability to demonstrate initiative and flexibility when faced with challenges or opportunities, with a willingness to grow process skills and systems knowledge.
  • Have advanced excel and data manipulation skills
  • Looking for someone from a Finance background that has an understanding of financial transactions and terminology and be used to working with Finance Systems. The role could vary from data input through to first line support through to support with improving and enhancing the use of the systems.

Location: Monmouthshire

Rate: £18.26 per hour
