SAP OCM and Training Lead/Manager - Minnesota USA - 4 months initially:
Recruit121 has a new opportunity for an SAP OCM and Training Manager to work with them for 4 months initially to start as soon as possible.
The role will be (80% change management and 20% training)
The client is located in Minnesota, US - therefore the candidate MUST be a local person due to Covid, however they have had clients who have joined them from further away aslong as they are willing to relocate for the contract period due to the regulations on Covd in the USA at the moment and Fridays are to be done working remote.
The client is working with an ECC6.0 platform in SAP
The following skills will be required by the client for the successful candidate:
- 8+ years SAP Training and Change experience
- 5+ years as a Manager/Lead within the above areas.
- MUST - Ability and willingness to get hands on and roll sleeves up
- MUST - Be local and within driving distance (ideally can commute)
- MUST - Full suite programme experience - manufacturing businesses
- MUST - Medical or Pharma industry - Will accept Manufacturing/Production
- User adoption in a greenfield environment -moving from manual to SAP centric system
- 2x e2e implementations in as a SAP OCM or SAP Change Manager - Ideally one or more rollouts
- Personality
- Excellent communications
- Must be Energetic, Proactive and can deal with pressure of concluding a programme. - Creation of Training plan and TNA for 400 people this will be delivering this over 4 weeks.
- Training and coordination of the SME in the execution of the plan.
- Prosci or Adkar Change Methodologies
- Finish the Creation and Execution of the OCM strategy.
- Strong communication experience
- Change Impacts assessment and Business Impact Assessment.
- Leading a small team of indirect reports (less than 5) within the business.
- Available Mid-August at the latest
