Prestigious Enterprise Company is currently seeking an IT End Point Technician with Windows 10 migration experience and SCCM. Candidate will be supporting and maintaining hardware including Laptops, Desktops, and Virtual Machines for the Windows 10 Migration effort. Including, but not limited to the following technologies:
Responsibilities:
Backup/Restore issues, Business application install issues (SCCM), O365, Outlook, Skype for Business, MS Teams, SharePoint, RightFax, Proofpoint, Chrome, Edge and IE browsers, Mobile MS Office applications and SCCM.
Supporting and maintaining peripherals including networked printers, MFPs, headsets, monitors, and signature pads. Supporting and maintaining Endpoint Security clients.
Candidate will participate in an on call rotation.
