Genesys Engineer
The function
As a devops engineer for our customer contact center you develop functionality that directly affects how customers experience our customer experience as well as Back End functionality.
* Develop customer identification IVR application
* Further expand functionalities on the Genesys platform
* Set up/expand Azure AD CI/CD pipeline
As a software devops engineer you work in a challenging and dynamic environment with a lot of diversity. You work on the basis of Agile devops in an environment where high demands are made on quality, continuity, security and stability.
Job requirements
* Completed HBO education
* Genesys Engineer 7 or higher certification
* At least 3 years of development experience on the genesys platform
* Knowledge of SCXML/State XML, Java (script) and PHP
* Generic Windows knowledge
* Generic SQL knowledge
* Knowledge CTI, Eclipse, GIT and Azure DevOps
* Familiar with agile and scrum methods
* Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing in Dutch and English
* Extensive experience with integration projects
