We are looking for a part-time Digital Marketer who is aligned with the vision of our company and will assist with a variety of executive administration tasks. Average number of hours per week will be 10.0 to 20.0. This position reports directly to the CEO.
Kuumba Health (KH) International Coaching Institute is a Premium Executive & Therapeutic Coaching Company that specializes in providing Culturally Affirming, Compassionate, and Holistic Coaching. We support Health and Human Service, Education Institutions, Business Owners, and other visionary individuals, families, and values-based organizations. We custom design and deliver socially conscious, culturally-responsive, service oriented training, webinars, and workshops. We emphasize support for individual and team-building opportunities with specialization in working with Executive to Entry Level leaders.

This role in part will be supporting the launching of the lifestyle brand of Founding CEO & Executive Coach Sacred Walker’s Masterclass, Books, etc. Sacred Walker is also the founder of the Vision Unleashed Masterclass for Entrepreneurs, Love Medicine Coaching Program & Products.

Responsibilities & Duties
Digital Marketer has the following duties:
Create and update the social media business pages on various platforms
Update and implement the Social Media strategy, with current trends in mind
Identify ideal clients/leads based on our target/niche industry
Support lead generation, beta, and actual launch of our products and services
Take original content, edit it for optimal social media posting, and upgrade content to launch and market our products unto our social media platforms
Find new PR opportunities for marketing
Manage and grow followers on all social media platforms, that are potential leads for our seasonal launches
Use our marketing automation tools to schedule routine posts, videos, quotes and other content at optimal times and designated sites for our niche markets
Engage with members, ask questions and reply to comments
etc.
Other tasks as assigned by CEO

About you:
You are curious about our company and lifestyle brand, communicate clearly, work efficiently, and find joy in supporting the CEO, other team members, and clients. Time is of the essence for you (because it is).
You do a lot with less. You don’t need expensive software to make systems run smoothly. You’re practical yet powerful.
You like structure, organization, strategy, and project management.
You’re a client-first team member. Every project begins with a clear understanding of who the ideal customer is, what drives them, and the primary CTA (Call To Action) from individuals to international prospects.
You check for grammar and spelling edits, and ask for support.
Timeliness and your attention to benchmark deadlines is imperative.
You are able to work with a small business and small team and do not need the "fall back" systems that larger companies provide. You deliver high-quality work.
Proactively communicate with other team members. Check in regularly with the CEO, and present findings and suggestions for improvement during meetings.
All technology should have a purpose. You help the CEO to automate manual processes.
Requirements:
Excellent knowledge and previous work experience with the main social media networks like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc, with a specialization and expertise in at least one of them
Responds to direct messages within 24 hours
Communicates when you are unavailable to work, 24 hours in advance
Attends Weekly supervision meetings, on time
Caring, social justice oriented, takes time to understand the Kuumba Health Mission and brand
Maintains confidentiality of all social media passwords, written documentation, images, video, and all other property of Kuumba Health, and ONLY use these items for the sole purpose of promoting the Kuumba Project in a positive and respectful light
Makes decisions regarding what needs to be prioritized in check ins with CEO
Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled in college) - preferred, but not required
Seeking long-term company commitment (6-month minimum preferred)
Reading and Writing English Proficiency
Experience with the basic software, e.g. Outlook, Google Drive, Skype/Zoom, etc.,
Has a strong internet connection on your smartphone, tablet, and computer
Handle your own workload and work independently in a dynamic, constantly changing environment, and can effectively manage your time including your ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize your responsibilities
Can integrate trends in the marketplace into social media strategy, hand in hand, is flexible with content creation- adapting to change
Grows with a team where expertise is shared and feedback is encouraged
Grounded, genuine, curious, & possesses a warm disposition
Other items as delegated & determined collaboratively
