OpsBridge Technical Consultant (OBM/OBA) - 3-month initial contract - Fully Remote
£450-£550 per day - Start ASAP
A Global Software Consultancy is seeking a highly experienced OpsBridge Consultant to assist with a large project; while the focus for this role is on OBM (Operations Bridge Manager), strong knowledge of OBA (Operations Bridge Analytics) would be highly beneficial.
The scope of the work largely falls into two areas:
OBM-related activities:
- OBM Event Correlation
- Configure event correlation for all data sources and Service Health
- Reporting/Visualisation
- Implement COSO & BVD, collate requirements & identify additional integrations and design & implement additional integration
- Enhanced ServiceNow Integration
- Define scope & requirements
OBA-related activities:
- Define Use Case & design configuration
- Agree use case and identify dependent data sets - events, log files, metrics, etc. Produce documentation of configuration based on use cases
- Install OBA and configure interfaces
- Implement onto the provided platform, connect to other OpsBridge functions and configure integrations to data sources
- Configure & tune OBA
- Baseline, tune and configure OBA. Setup alerting to OBM for ticketing and others as required
This contract will be fully remote and is initially 12 weeks, though it is expected that it will extend to 24 weeks. No current Security clearance is required, though there will be a screening process involved.
