I am recruiting for a Desktop Support Analyst to be based in Newport, South Wales.
This role falls inside IR35 so you must work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract. The rate quoted on the job advert is the take home pay after ALL deductions.
You will have a solid background in IT/Desktop Support.
You must have knowledge of IT support processes and a good understanding of Microsoft desktop operating systems.
Solid Microsoft Office skills.
You will ideally have a Microsoft qualification (MCP or equivalent).
O365 background is preferred, as is a knowledge of surfaces.
You will be bright, enthusiastic and keen to learn and have a proactive, hands-on approach, self-starter, able to take the initiative.
