SAILPOINT IIQ AND RBAC IMPLEMENTATIONS,IAM Technical Engineer: BANKING,BRUSSELS
BACKGROUND:
As an IAM technical engineer you will work in the Identity & Access Management LAM Solutions&Design team, which is in charge of the day-to-day support of the Sailpoint solution, the integration of projects in IIQ (application on-boarding, set up of connectors, implementation of user management life cycle); the day-to-day third line support and incident management and the global maintenance of the IIQ infrastructure (patching, vulnerability scans, upgrades, health checks).
You will work in a team of 5 engineers and will be in close contact with your main stakeholders:
the project teams
- the internal IAM teams
Your role:
- Responsible for troubleshooting major issues, fixing them, primarily focusing on defects and enhancements for support teams
- Strong sailpoint development and support experience
- Experience implementing sailpoint IIQ and customization
- Managing project scope, schedule, status and documentation
Technical Requirements:
- Programming languages: Java, Beanshell/Javascript,
- Experience with the following web technologies: XML, Web and Application Servers, HTML
- Experience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Linux platforms
- Experience with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MySQL)
- Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD)
- Familiar with RBAC and provisioning processes (auto and manual)
- Experience with QA duties: usability testing, performance testing, automation testing, test scripts and test cases
- Sound knowledge of IIQ infrastructure and expertise in Scripting, coding and process implementation in IIQ
- Developing Rules and Workflows in IIQ
Profile:
- Min 3 years of experience with Sailpoint IIQ technology and RBAC implementations
- IAM background and know-how
- Independent
- Fast self-learner
- Team player
- Very good communication skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- English is a must
