Infrastructure Endpoint Technician - Tier 2 Support: I (Junior)
6 months contract - can be done remote
Primary responsibilities are: Supporting and maintaining hardware including Laptops, Desktops, and Virtual Machines for the Windows 10 Migration effort. Including, but not limited to the following technologies: Backup/Restore issues, Business application install issues (SCCM), O365, Outlook, Skype for Business, MS Teams, SharePoint, RightFax, Proofpoint, Chrome, Edge and IE browsers, Mobile MS Office applications and SCCM.
Supporting and maintaining peripherals including networked printers, MFPs, headsets, monitors, and signature pads. Supporting and maintaining Endpoint Security clients. Participation in an on call Rotation.
