Osmii are recruiting for a Workday Consultant for a global programme.
Role: Workday Consultant
Start date: Immediate
Duration: 2 months +
Location: Remote initially
Candidate profile:
A minimum of 6 years knowledge of HCM Workday configuration eg business process, organisational hierarchies, security design and worker data configuration
Experience developing and documenting technical configuration requirements specifications based on business requirements
Experience supporting the client with test scenario and script writing
Strong experience in Workday compensation and advanced compensation modules
Strong experience configuring compensation review process and merit planning
Own build and smoke test activities
Support defect resolution during UAT
Manage Production cutover tenant
Candidates MUST be eligible to work in the EU.
