£120 - £180 per day - 6 Month Rolling Contract

Assistant Trust Officer, Trust Administration, Wealth Management, Administration, Financial Services

A global Financial Services organisation are currently seeking an Assistant Trust Officer to join their Trust Administration team in Jersey. The role will be responsible for tracking new and existing business, preparation of documentation and various other office based tasks. Ideally the successful candidate will have previous administration experience within Trust Administration or Wealth Management.

Jersey - must be currently based, or able to be based in Jersey

£120 - £180 per day - 6 Month Rolling Contract

Essential Requirements

  • Experience within a Trust or Banking environment an advantage but not essential
  • Excellent office administration skills
  • General computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible and prepared to undertake in a variety of functions
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good inter-personal skills
  • Good team player
