OpsBridge Technical Consultant - 3-month initial contract - Fully Remote
£450-£550 per day (Outside IR35) - Start ASAP
A Global Software Consultancy is seeking a highly experienced OpsBridge Consultant to assist with a large and unique AI project; this role will involve challenging Scripting (in Groovy/C) and integrations into the Micro Focus/HP Operations Bridge suite.
In addition, strong knowledge of Service Health and associated areas (propagation rules, enhancement rules, auto-building models) and expertise integrating data stored under a COSO (collect once store once) framework into OBM (Operations Bridge Manager) would be incredibly beneficial (though not required).
The ideal candidate would have skills across;
- Service Health - propagation rules, enhancement rules for config and auto build of models in OBM, groovy or C Scripting
- OBA - data sources and options for integration/collection, configuration, integrations to OpsB suite
- COSO - integrations to OpsB suite and 3rd parties (Service Now, monitoring and metric sources, etc) data mining via BVD or other BI tools
- Experience of service modelling, their constructs, principles, creation methodologies, propagation
- TQL for uCMDB to RTSM integration
- Knowledge of Vertica
- Enhanced CLIP integration with Service Now - Problem, change, scheduling and maintenance windows, etc.
This contract will be fully remote and is initially 12 weeks, though it is expected that it will extend to 24 weeks. No current Security clearance is required, though there will be a screening process involved.
