1st Line Support - Windows 10
Our client urgently requires an experienced 1st Line Support Analyst, to join their team on a contract basis, initially for 3 months with a view to extend, based in Preston. The 1st Line Support Analyst will be experienced with Windows 10 and will support a PC replacement project.
The 1st Line Support Analyst will be comfortable with assisting users, know their way around a PC and able to set up shortcuts within a Windows 10 environment.
Furthermore, the 1st Line Support Analyst will be familiar with mobile devices, wireless issues and general desktop support.
1st Line Support - Windows 10 - Key Skills:
- 8am - 4pm, with some flexibility
- Windows 10 experience
- PC replacement knowledge
- Swapping out client's PCs, ensuring they have relevant shortcuts installed
- Comfortable with assisting clients
- Mobile device experience
- Wireless issues
- General desktop support
