Global Customer Competence Center technical implementation leader (m/f)

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Owns the definition of global Customer Competence Center technical infrastructure
  • PoA and contributes to the overarching definition of the CCC PoA
  • Orchestrates the global technical implementation of Customer Competence Center
  • standards, in particular advices all regions and countries in implementing these
  • Standards and tracks their compliance towards standards
  • Being responsible for the technical transformation of each region/country


Ihre Qualifikation
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Experience as technical implementation leader, esp. on CCC transformation in a
  • global environment
  • Strong Leadership capabilities in terms of motivating people, managing projects and
  • other initiatives
  • Capable to manage very complex, fast changing environment with limited data
  • availability, but urgent need to take decisions
  • Strong communication and coordination skills as well as assertiveness
  • Independent working style, team capacity and readiness for cooperation
  • Intercultural negotiation skills
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Languages: English (fluent, spoken and written)
