Job description :
As an Audio & Video Collaboration Engineer you will participate in diverse and challenging engagements for our clients. The job responsibilities will vary based on the project scope and deliverables but will range from unified communications design to the implementation and deployment of voice, contact center, and video technologies.
This will be a Collaboration Engineering role focused on Cisco Voice/UC, Crestron, Pexip & MTR based solutions. This position supports clients on-site.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Implement and support Unified Communications solutions (such as CISCO, MS MTR, Skype Room System) for clients based on industry best practices.
• Provide knowledge transfer and detailed design/operational documentation to clients on AV solution and support
• Good experience in hardware testing and creating/updating documentation after the installation.
• Hands-on experience in Installation, maintenance & decommission of meeting rooms
• Creation of wire diagrams, meeting room layouts etc.
• Lifecycle management of Cisco, Crestron and other AV equipment including firmware upgrade
• Cold spare management & Logistics of equipment for both Onshore & offshore locations
• Strong skills in UC / Collaboration and solid expertise in network equipment including routers & switches

o Crestron Programming, CODECS
o Tools to for creation of wiring diagrams : Visio , Dtools
o Design GUI and Control system programming for Crestron systems
o Python , Cisco Codecs configuration
o Must have experience in at least one of the following areas: Contact Center, Telepresence, or Collaboration suite - including related items listed below:
