Red Carpet IT Services has an exciting position for a CA-Nimsoft Specialist. We are looking for a new colleague to join our team for a 4-6-month project working on one of our managed service projects based in Den Haag, The Netherlands. There is the possibility that the contract will be extended.
Our client is currently reviewing their monitoring environment and is currently using CA-Nimsoft and AXWAY/Systar. We can offer a good market rate and if required we can arrange work permits for those who are Non-EU citizens.

Experience
Fluent in both spoken and written English.
Desirable, working knowledge with JMeter, Java, Git, Bitbucket, SVN and understanding on REST. Some understanding of Perl and Shell Scripting will be an advantage.
If you have experience of ITOM Service Now that would be a pre but is not a necessity.
Start date
ASAP at the latest September 2020.

Coordination of multiple procedures simultaneously. Working with and communicating to, stakeholders at all levels within the organization. A friendly, outgoing, and polite manner.
Main duties as Monitoring Specialist: implement the monitoring requests required by the service level manager and the developer's team Provide support to incident management to diagnose and fix issues in the production environment. Design, build, configure and test monitoring probes for a wide range of systems and applications.
