Equipment Auditor - Contract - Hampshire - Up to 400 per day - SC Cleared
The Key Responsibilities of a Equipment Auditor:
- Liaising with MOD and other industry personnel to enable the efficient and effective training equipment auditing.
- Conduct training equipment audits, asset recording and equipment maintenance audits across multiple MOD sites.
- Using provided equipment descriptions and definitions, ascertain the quantity and condition of the equipment being audited.
- Identify and record within an asset management system, the maintenance state of the training equipment under audit.
- Where an equipment is identified as being out of service or broken, record the reason and any existing remedial action within an asset management system.
- Support and contribute to the introduction of new auditing methodologies and systems.
- When conducting audits, observe and comply with all relevant Health and Safety instructions.
- Perform other duties as required to support broader transition
Below is a list of Key Skills required for the Equipment Auditor, however you will not be expected to have everything:
- The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
- Professional level qualification (at or equivalent to a HNC) within the MOD training/engineering domains.
- Recent experience in the provision of Equipment Support Services within an MOD environment.
- Experience of working within and with multi-disciplinary and dispersed teams
- Knowledge of MOD equipment life cycle management processes.
- Experienced in the use and application of asset management systems and applications
