Title: Sr. Continuous Improvement Consultant
Client Location: Coppell, TX
Duration: September -December .* can work remote from anywhere

Manager Notes: We are in urgent need of another contractor for the client s Continuous Improvement (CI) Team. We are looking for a Six Sigma Master Black Belt or Black Belt or Green Belt with good operation improvement experience.
- This person will help client stand up the CI practice so having done that for a company before is key
- Strong process and procedure background
- Strong experience with continuous improvement, value stream, mapping
- Strong process mapping experience
- Must have worked in a shared services organization because they have different processes
- Must be able to manage flow and get rid of the waste
- Experience running a CI implementation
- Need Kaizer methodology
- Must speak to different work streams
- Experience working with an enterprise environment
- Help client perform better and more efficiently
- Need experience with Lean which eliminates wastes from processes-anything not necessary to produce the product or service
- Help organizations reduce both cost and cycle time
- Experienced in the Systems Approach to Process Improvement-understand the process and the system within which it operates, plan and implement a program to improve the process and drive continuous improvement by measuring true performance
- Examples of tools and techniques used in CI-Five S, Visual Controls, Poka-Yoke, Cellular Design, Quick Changeover, Pull Scheduling, and Kaizen
- Implementing CI you will need or can use Value Stream Mapping, Lean Baseline Assessment, Critical Mass Training, Kaizen Teams and Value Stream Planning
- Need to have Lean SixSigma background-may have DMAIC which stands for Define, Measure, Analyze, Control and Improve.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or similar relevant field or in lieu of education
7+ years of experience as in CI
10+ years of experience documenting and analyzing business processes
7+ Years supporting business analyst/process work within ServiceNow
7+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint)
3+ years with Service Now or IT Service Management
Experience managing or working on IT projects.
ITIL, Lean or Six Sigma, PMP, or similar certification
Professional Skills:
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Able to identify dependencies and downstream implications
Excellent understanding of business objectives and goals
Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing
