FTTP Fibre Planner | 9 Month Contract | Onsite/Remote | Immediate
I currently urgently require an FTTP Fibre Planner for a 9-Month Contract based 3 days a week in the Isle of Wight (Expenses Paid) with the other 2 days working remotely.
We are looking for a contractor to work Outside IR35 via an umbrella company working with our customers to produce land and supporting technical documents in line with all agreed project deliverables, ensuring accurate completion of all submissions. The successful applicant will be working closely with the GIS team, local authority, and other third parties.
Key Accountabilities:
- Scheduling and Prioritisation of FTTP planning work activities.
- Progress reporting on planning work activities.
- Owning, Executing, and delivering requirements within the given location.
- Creation of details job packs for builds - including details designs, cabinet siting.
- Liaising with local authority agents and other third parties when necessary.
Required Knowledge:
- Background in telecoms coupled with the experience of planning.
- Civils and Cable Planning knowledge inclusive of NRSWA and Street Works Practices.
- Experience using CAD and GIS Systems.
- External and Internal Planning Experience.
- External Site Survey Experience preferred.
- Extensive FTTP planning knowledge.
Contract Details:
- Start Date: Immediate
- Day Rate: £200 - £225 (Expenses Covered)
- Location: Partially onsite (Isle of Wight) and remote work
- Duration: 9 months
