Deployment Manager/Lead - Microsoft O365, Office 365, Windows 10, EUC - Jacksonville, Florida
Role description:
The Deployment lead role will manage the Office 365 ProPlus component in region of our customers desktop modernisation programme and be responsible for delivering and supporting the technology rollout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage deployment from either APAC, AMER, Germany, UK - EMEA perspective
- Project documentation such as status reports, deployment project plan for region
- Work with Senior Project Manager and other deployment leads around plan and timelines
- Track deployment numbers and hit weekly targets. Work with communications lead around feedback and comms for deployment. Track and manage issues within region.
- Managing/working with vendors
Key Skills required:
- A practical knowledge of Office 365 product suite
- Proficient use of project planning tools; Microsoft Project, Clarity, JIRA
- Enterprise deployment management experience with the capability in executing enterprise software deployments. Previously managed large-scale enterprise projects.
- Experience with Office Pro Plus
- Strong project delivery experience in Office suite (including Outlook and Exchange) with the ability to deliver under pressure
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing business stakeholders
