HPC Network SME - SC Cleared
A Network SME with experience in High Performance Computing is required for a client based in Basingstoke. Working with the customer to do the follow:
-Inform the development and maintenance of the High Performance Compute project's
-Contribute to Design workshops and engage with the customers experts to assure the approach and output artefacts
-Contribute to developing and documenting the Design of the solution
-Assist with performance benchmarking of the solution.
Skills required:
-Design and development of the cluster and high performance networking components
-Experience of SSH; distributed shells; DNS and DHCP.
-Experience of implementing and/or operating multi-threaded applications (SPMD or SMP).
-Infiniband (Mellanox) experience (desirable)
The role will be based remotely with some travel to Basingstoke.
