Description
Release Manager (Salesforce Veeva CRM) - Netherlands/Prague - 9 month contract - Remote working allowed
The successful candidate is a person with CRM Release/Project management experience and cross-group collaborations skills, with the ability to schedule and prioritize work against multiple deadlines and the ability to direct teams to success.
Requirements:
- Experienced with Release Management/Salesforce Veeva CRM
- Experience in Change and Release Management in a technology environment
- Experience in implementing CRM business requirements into Veeva System.
- Knowledge of Cloud computing concept/Phenomena
- Experience with one complete cycle of Veeva implementation
- Must have understanding of Pharma/Life Sciences industry
- Deep understanding of version control systems including branching and merging strategies and understanding of environment and software configuration management
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure and cloud technologies.
- Experienced with integration of programs, database changes, reference data changes through the SDLC.
- Experience with providing technical support to application development team.
- Provide support for release management tools like Plutora, JIRA etc.
- Well versed with all database objects and SFDC/Veeva environment issues
- Should be conversant with Unix, Database, Data warehousing & BI technologies
- Experience with consulting with Knowledge Management and other teams to develop release content including release notes, procedures, release plans, internal and external communications and implementation materials
- Solid understanding of Service Level Agreements & related metrics
