Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Duration: 3 Month to start with
Location: London (Remote work due to COVID situation)
Role Overview: Intelligent Resource is currently recruiting for Digital Marketing Specialist for the client to join as their key project team member in London (Remote).
The client is seeking a passionate digital marketing professional to help drive the successful launch of a new digital product and assist with the creation of associated online content. You will be able to move at pace with energy and enthusiasm to support the Senior Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing for the Public Sector with the delivery of the wider marketing plan using digital marketing techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Senior Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing to implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to support business objectives (eg revenue, leads, brand presence) through paid and owned media
- Coordination with the Senior Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing to align online activity with broader launch campaign initiatives and the central marketing strategy
- Collaborate with existing agencies on strategy and execution, and evaluate additional agencies as needed
- Working with an agency to enhance the existing website including implementing a CMS, Google Analytics and the development of an SEO strategy
- Manage website content and optimize online marketing spend through the analysis of digital metrics eg site traffic, visitor paths, conversion rates, dwell time etc. - keeping the customer experience in mind as you do this
- Assist the Senior Marketing Manager with the implementation of digital launch campaigns (eg lead generation, awareness campaigns) from creation to execution - the marketing team is very 'hands-on' and copywriting and content creation will at times be required
- Manage and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against defined KPIs to continue to enhance the strategy
- Manage the products social media pages including the creation of BAU outbound posts, to be approved by the Senior Marketing Manager
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager in creating process documents for digital initiatives as the marketing plan is implemented
Essential Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role
- 2+ years of B2B social media experience
- Experience creating and optimizing websites for branding and sales objectives - experience managing Google Analytics and an SEO campaigns required
- Familiarity and experience with reporting tools and methodologies
- Comfortable with basic copywriting to assist with digital content creation and social media posts
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with product launches a plus
- Experience managing agency relationships desirable
- Experience using a CRM a plus+
- Design experience a plus (InDesign etc.)
