Role: Functional Oracle ERP Solution Architect
Modules: SCM and Manufacturing
Location: Remote/Cambridge, England
Length: 12-month contract
Rate: Competitive daily rate (DoE)
One of my leading clients based in Cambridge are currently recruiting for a Functional Oracle ERP Solution Architect to join them for an initial 12-month contract. The client will require you to go on-site in Cambridge, but this role will offer mostly remote working in the initial stages.
My client is doing an Oracle ERP rollout and their release one phase is due for go-live in January. They are looking for a Solutions Architect to help with release one, as well as design the second release phase of the rollout. My client are recruiting for a Functional Oracle Solutions Architect with experience across Oracle SCM and Manufacturing. This is not a Technical Architect role, please do not apply unless you are Functional.
Responsibilities:
- Compare business process design with the requirements
- Define policies
- Approval of the design from business
- Walkthroughs with business (ie CRP)
- Close any design gaps
- Lead a small team of BAs and collaborate with SMEs and other business users
Business process design:
- Global design, align with APQC and Release 1 design
- Define localisation
Skills/experience:
- Experience as a Functional Solution Architect
- Oracle Fusion ERP rollout experience
- Oracle SCM and Manufacturing experience
- Experience within Manhattan Warehouse Management System would be beneficial
- Proven experience of leading a team
- Have experience of walk throughs to business or end users
The ideal candidate will experience within:
- Finance costing, inventory planning, warehouse management, manufacturing, product hub, purchasing and order management
