Migration Engineer - DNS/Cloudflare
We require an experienced Migration Engineer - DNS/Cloudflare to work for our prestigious London based client.
You will need to demonstrate the following -
- Basic understanding of DNS and how the Internet works (OSI Model)
- Experience working in a hosting company/web development company or has a technical/support role
- Experience troubleshooting DNS, SSL/TLS, HTTP, and network related issues
- Extensive experience with the command line and command-line tools including curl, dig, traceroute, OpenSSL
- Fundamental understanding of what a Proxy is, how it works, and the configurations involved
- Good knowledge in the process of domain migration to Cloudflare and other needed configuration
- Must have good verbal & written communication skills
- Should have experience writing scripts in any one of the Scripting language like Bash, Python, PHP, etc
- Strong Knowledge in SSL/TLS encryption in Cloudflare
- Understanding of Cloudflare Web Application Firewall and its configuration
